37 minutes for 5km. a disappointing deprovement :/ oh wells, nothing much i can do about it but to just train harder. so much for that pathetic aim huh. oh wells. haven't done weights for 3 days already. maybe tomorrow. but wanna swim tomorrow morning.
today didn't do much. had pasta for lunch though. :D which we hadn't had the homecooked AUNTY MEL version for almost a year already. not bad (: followed SISTER to cut hair. glad she LOVES her hair. she kept going "I LIKE MY HAIR" again & again throughout the day. HAHA. (: went BEDOK CAMP II to collect power risers. omgoshhhh, miss the old days mann. still remembered the first few trainings. lol. that was still pae period mann (: lol. ANYWAYS, happened to meet other ndp people :D :D & yes, i'm gonna join CHINGAYYYYYYY :D lol. &&&&&&&, joining cause we're gonna be the SKYRUNNERS mannn :D :D only 100 of use would be recruited to use the power risers though :/ then went to check out the new place. back home, then run luh.
